On behalf of all the students and families at St. Mary-Basha Catholic School who will benefit from CTODP scholarship support for the 2008-09 school year, we thank St. Mary-Basha community for your contributions in 2008. You are remembered as benefactors in our daily school prayers.
If you would like a TAX CREDIT for the 2008 Tax Year, begin NOW to build up your TAX CREDIT by making a donation to CTODP. You may contribute UP TO $1,000 per taxable year per household ($500 filing single). Give a little each month, instead of trying to come up with the $1,000 all at once by December 31st! This is one way you can decide where you Tax Money will go. Please designate "St. Mary-Basha Catholic School " - Code 176 - as the preferred recipient of these scholarship funds. Many employers will match the amount you give to CTODP, thereby doubling your contribution! Ask your benefits or human resource department. I would like to begin my letter first of all by thanking CTODP for the scholarship support for my children to continue their Catholic education. I truly believe that God will continue to bless us all as one body in Jesus Christ through this program and the entire Catholic Church . I have been so very blessed this year from your scholarship and feel secure now and in the future that God will continue to provide the financial support to all who put their lives in His hands and do His will. I wanted to give my children a quality education in a place where the Catholic faith is practiced, along with respect and kindness which are seen in action every day at St. Mary-Basha Catholic School. Without the assistance of the Catholic Tuition Organization of the Diocese of Phoenix (CTODP), this would not be a reality for me. I feel truly blessed to live in a world where the generosity of others is portrayed in a manner in which my children and I are given this opportunity to enrich our lives spiritually and academically. I cannot say "thank you" enough to the Diocese for the assistance you have given me, it is truly a gift from God.
We are so grateful for CTODP's financial assistance. With their help, we are able to provide our son with a priceless Catholic education, that we would otherwise not be able to provide him with. A Catholic education is extremely invaluable to us. Our son is not only learning social and academic skills to carry with him the rest of his life, but the spiritual education will shape him into an intellectual and respectful adult. It is also so gratifying to know that our values that we instill at home are being reinforced at school.
